Managing Director, Hermans & AssociatesMr. Hermans has extensive national and international experience. He has previously held the positions of Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning as well as Governor of the Bank of Botswana (Central/Reserve Bank).

Internationally he has held various positions in the World Bank in Washington DC culminating in his appointment as chief of the Regional Mission to Thailand.

He is currently an Independent International Consultant as well as Board Chairman of First National Bank of Botswana Limited. He also serves as Executive Director of the Transparency International Botswana Chapter.
