ANDISA CAPITAL (FORMERLY STANDARD RISK AND TREASURY MANAGEMENT SERVICES)
The treasury services firm that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Standard Bank Group, has set up an affiliate in Botswana to service corporates in the SADC region and elsewhere in Africa. The affiliate ANDISA, called Risk and Treasury Services, represents the first involvement by one of the big four South African banking groups in Botswana's International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in Gaborone.

CB Richards Ellis operates in five African countries, two of which will initially fall under the IFSC company CBRE Regional. CBRE Regional will consolidate the regional and cross-border business of the CB Richards Ellis offices in Africa. CBRE is the world’s largest premier full service commercial real estate agent company.

IMARA HOLDINGS BOTSWANA LIMITED
Imara was approved as an IFSC Company by the IFSC Certification Committee at its sitting on 25 July 2003. The company is a financial services group that focuses on the provision of corporate finance and asset management services to clients in Southern and Eastern Africa. They have established a holding company structure in the IFSC that provides group treasury and other centralized services such as the management of intellectual property rights to the groups wholly owned subsidiaries.
